Toby began his insurance career in 2004 at a commercial agency in the Chicago suburbs, learning risk management from the ground up. In 2013 he founded Wisdom Insurance Agency with a different idea: instead of insuring everything for everyone, focus entirely on junk removal and dumpster rental businesses — learn their trucks, their contracts, their jobsites, their risks — and become the specialist the industry never had.
