I initially spoke with the owner, Toby, while looking for insurance for my junk removal and dumpster rental business, including commercial auto and general liability coverage. From the very beginning, it was obvious that Toby takes tremendous pride in every customer and every aspect of the service they provide. After our first couple of conversations, I absolutely wanted to be a part of this great team. I was then assigned to Jim, who handled all of the policies I needed and provided as many truck insurance quotes as I requested. I probably had Jim quote more trucks than he expected, and at times I felt like I was asking a lot of him, but he never once made me feel that way. Every time I found another truck, he had a quote back to me quickly and was always happy to answer my questions. He is truly amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to find coverage that fit both my needs and my budget without sacrificing the protection I was looking for. Having someone that responsive made the entire buying process much less stressful. Throughout the entire process, both Toby and Jim were honest, upfront, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions instead of simply making a sale. Over the last couple years, finding commercial insurance for our rolloff dumpster business in California has been a struggle. Toby and his team are by far the most knowledgeable folks I've talked to in both the dumpster rental and Junk Removal space. He was able to identify. I was being misclassified and save me a tremendous amount of money annually with a new policy with higher overage limits…. We started our removal service last year, 86junkremovalNW LLC, I was Introduced to Toby through a mutual friend who was already using Toby. I was hesitant due to the overall cost of commercial insurance, but after watching Toby, Wisdom Ins, and Garrett from AroundTown Junk Removal down in Arizona, do a very informational interview I learned that the cost of insurance was inexpensive compared to the cost of not being covered and being covered correctly. Toby and his team walked me through the steps and details of my policy and were so patient in helping me to understand my policy. Farrah helped me to save a bit of money by making some very good suggestions as to the components of my insurance and I can wait on until I needed it. Today is the 10/17 and I'm fully commercially insured. Thanks Toby and team, I'm glad to partner with you guys. I can't recommend these guys enough.
